| I have an account on 1Bet. Com. I registered and played the sports welcome bonus, wagered the bonus amount 12 times while respecting their rules in terms of min. Odds. I also tried to bet on major leagues and big sport events so that in case of any win my activity wouldn't raise any suspicions. Once my wagering was completed I had two pending bets that were voided (I have no idea why) and my balance became entirely withdrawable. I requested a withdrawal, verified my identity (ID, selfie, proof of address, copies of my card, screenshot of my Skrill) and after two days waiting I was informed that all my winnings were cancelled and only the original deposit was left on my account - bear in mind, I deposited 100€ and was withdrawing 375€, not even a big amount. I asked on chat why my winnings were voided and I just got a generic answer that I breached certain terms and conditions, they just referred to clause 8. 8. 2 of the terms which include quite a number of different cases of bonus abuse. I then sent them an email asking them to give me the bets that violated their terms and the reason why but got no answer, I also asked in chats but their agents kept telling me only to refer to clause 8. 8. 2. Basically they stole 270€ from my account, gave me a very generic reason for it and up to now they are still unwilling to provide a clear answer to my request of explanation. |

| Again an Asian bookmaker with Asian bets like goal line and handicap. 1bet is not the big bookmaker in Asia but has settled down for some years now. They offer an easy website and have a risk free bet bonus. 1Bet is doing a good job and have a good service. The odds are fine and they do pay out. 1Bet is not for the big player but still an okay bookmaker. |

| Disgraceful immoral conduct... They require UK customers to close their accounts because of new legislation, then charge 5% to withdraw the funds! When you see this type of behaviour, then you can see the morals and scruples of the people behind them... My advice is avoid them or you will get screwed. If you choose to go ahead, don't say you weren't warned. |

| Customer service is awful. If you go to on line chat, you get the run around with no answer to your question, just standard pre-prepared answers from people who obviously don't speak English. If you want to phone them? You can't, simple as that. Email... Yes, you can do that. And wait for 3 days for a reply. Don't sign up - these guys are bad news. |

| These guys will take your money, deduct fees. Then when you are so sick and tired of being cheated and demand return of your funds, they will will rip you off again and make you wait 3 weeks before you get your money (minus their 5% deduction). If you want a bad experience then go ahead and sign up. |

| I was banned from landing a 1Bet account in ten days, until today online customer service still make me wait, that is conducting the review, each time the answer is the same. I bet three times and after withdrawal 1500 USD it was examined. 1Bet do not provide any Chinese service. |

| I've tried their promotion for sportsbook, and I think they can compete with other older bookmakers such as Paddy Power and William Hill. I really enjoy playing with their asian-style of game, and their layout and menus are easy to be used. But the only thing I hate is their live chat, they respond very late and not clearly. Overall they are nice a bookmaker for asian players. |

| A fantastic betting site with pretty good odds and eager to help staff. I very much liked the layout and wide selection of entertainment provided on this site. The site was a really good user experience. You have to be careful not to get carried away and waste all your money, keep your bets to a purpose and look for value. You will get it on this site, but be disciplined in your approach. |
