Very good deposit bonus program but had to show id to prove I was german and not british, even though I live in britain to get the bonus offered, still not a prob to me, good odds and polite staff, payout very quick too.

A bit of a nothing special sort of site with refusal to give bonus because of my geographic location (why that matters I'll never understand). Odds were OK and staff friendly and helpful as long as you didn't keep raising the issue of the refusal of bonus.

Odds OK, staff promptly respond on the chat system, a little strictly business but OK and polite to deal with. Free bet limited to certain countries, only check before going in for it with a chat operator, payout times reasonably quick after sending in id and their relevant department verifying it against registered account information.

Put on a bet one weekend just to try them out on the understanding of a deposit bonus as a new customer, when I found it hadn't been credited and got on chat to them they said I couldn't have it even as a goodwill gesture saying it says quite clearly in the terms and conditions that customers from the UK are ineligible for the bonus, and the bet lost that I placed to qualify, thanks a chuffin lot bet 24, thought the least I could do in return for your brilliant and wonderful customer service (yes you've guessed it I'm being sarcastic) was to give you some poor feedback for it.

I give them a satisfatory rating because they have reasonably good prices and friendly and helpful staff and don't have nasty security practices that make the customer feel alienated and unwelcome or out of pocket, like some bookies out there have been known to engage in, but were unable to offer a deposit bonus or free bet to me as a newbie customer with them, which was a bit stingy of them, so only a low rating I'm afraid.

Good welcome bonus offer, reasonably good odds, quick to respond on chat customer service, agents available. I assume from the name there's someone on 24 hours a day if you need the help, but I have to admit I've not tried at 2 in the morning or anything.

Good service, good package for newcomers. Good chat, easy to navigate and find what you're looking for sort of site. A bit picky about which countries qualify for the welcome package to the newcomer, but good and competitive odds and they won't keep you waiting forever and a day to get your winnings, most it ever took me was 2 days.

Reasonably competent odds, quick response on the chat system, reasonably quick payouts. Not too much red tape, but sending off id and utility bill may prove necessary, but that's to be expected, if you're from the right part of the world they do an excellent and very worthwhile deposit bonus, I'm a brit, but for some reason brits aren't welcome for the bonus, although welcome to come and have a bet if they want, as I'm a brit and couldn't get the bonus when I enquried, it's a two I'm afraid, satisfactory because at least they were honest enough to tell me upfront rather than letting me risk funds to find out.

Odds not very good and I went to them for a bonus with a new account and they said they wouldn't accept me 'cos im an ozzie, which i thought was a bit odd and a bit racist, they are very picky about which country you come from for some reason, brits aren't even welcome.
