Was initially a bit annoyed about having to trundle down the local police station to get my id copy stamped by a copper. But after that I've found them to be good bookies with reasonably generous odds, quick payouts and very good customer service, very polite and professional.

Start wanting copies of id stamped by someone they can actually ring and contact, not a problem if you are who you say you are is their excuse, don't they realise most of us just can't be arsed going to all that trouble, nah stick to english bookies.
