Like the fake veneer effect website background, good overall bookie, odds were good, customer service was good, a few little problems with getting some bets on and getting some bits of money out, but all kinda sorted themselves out after a bit of deliberating with staff.

Some teething troubles, ie use withdraw tab and it keeps imposing error messages, but courteously let withdraw what was left of my deposit (a 50% loss was made all in all and took it due to cashflow probs at the time). Little bit of a cheeky name for a bookie, but a good site, does tend to experience technical issues making withdrawals, but it's not the bookie trying to not pay, if you get on chat to them or email, they will even allow you to withdraw by email if the worst comes to the worst. Odds competitive, friendly and helpful staff is what gave them the OK rating they got though, because I found their payment tab, it would ask for your passport information, then come up with an error message saying just simply technical error, so if it hadn't been for the staff I wouldn't have been paid out my large amount of nearly 900 pounds winnings. But the staff allowed me to put the request through by email, I sent in my id and just 'cos they were probably a bit peeved at having to pay out 900 quid to me they asked me to send a screenshot of my moneybookers account, then they paid the next day. A very polite and courteous bookie who pays out and is apologetic when there is a problem, a bit nosey wanting screenshots of account to pay funds back too, but not a problem to provide, sign up bonus requires you use doubles to get your winnings which makes it a bit more risky.
