Not a very good bookie because they won't accept valid id without making a big song and dance about it, odds are OK and customer service by email not chat, which is a huge downmarker, they pay out winnings in the end but want to be awkward about it if they can, it's often quicker and easier just to back and lay it out to another account, ie back a 2 player tennis game or something, back who you think will lose in doxxbet and back who you think will win in another account that's already verified, just keep doing it till you've lost it all in doxxbet and won it all back in the other, and effectively withdraw your winnings like that.

High volume of betting required to get winnings and staff overenthusiastic about standard of documents sent to get winnings, which means getting paid your winnings as a first time customer is likely to prove a frustrating and maddening experience. However in fairness once you've gone through all this rigmarole, they do payout next day thereon after.

Belligerent staff who think a uk driving licence is not valid id even with all its security features and everything else, big betting risk required to release 45 euros bonus, is it worth the agg???? I think not personally, I wouldn't have bothered had I read the small print more carefully. Still you live and learn. Accepted my passport after much negotiation and sending stamps from customs officers for entering customs as well as a photostat to back up the original. *a very trusting bookie (I think not somehow).

Due to large turnover requirements of the free bet offer, I give them only a three, also made me send my passport after saying they couldn't accept a perfectly good and valid driving licence as id, which delayed my withdrawal time, odds good, staff were polite and courteous second time around and promptly processed my withdrawal, but acted a bit unreasonably first time around.

Acceptable sort of odds, lot of risk required to get the 45 euros bonus, customer service by email which slows things down too much, then start bitching about your id when you want to withdraw your winnings. I recommend to steer clear to be honest, if you must deal, get your id verified on their site first before you put in any funds.

Security and withdrawal processing staff a bit radio rental to be honest (that means mental to those of you who don't know cockney rhyming slang) the deposit bonus is more than the industry average at 45 GBP, however you need to risk about 250 pounds before they'll give it to you and when it comes to cashing out they'll try to tell you a full UK driving licence cannot be accepted as valid id (even though it's an internationally recognised document anywhere else you go (see what I mean about radio rental) and if you send the passport they start wanting to see a scanned photocopy (not realising just a scan is good enough anywhere else) and then want to see stamps on it (even though you may never have travelled abroad on it necessarily and extra layers.

Maltese based bookie and funny people to deal with in their security dept, you send a clear and readable copy of your driver's licence and they'll say they'll only accept a passport, email them your passport and they want to see all the stamps in it, and other pages an extra photocopy of the item rescanned, whereas anyone else will just accept a scanned copy of your passport and utility bill, I think it's just slow paying, messing the customer about tactics. I got there in the end though and managed to persuade them to pay me out.

Events offer is very diverse and the scope of soccer, basketball, tennis, hockey, football and motorsports, among other bid is also found handball, boxing, baseball, cycling, golf, volleyball, darts, etc. I miss the betting on horse racing. Registration is simple, but did observe that we can not manually select a user name and password as they both are assigned by bookmaker, which is probably better for security reasons. I personally prefer if I can choose a user name or password at least. In addition to basic information we have to choose the currency in which we wish to bet. Generally speaking, their customer support is good.

Another over security conscious firm, too much play required in advance to get the promotional bonus, when you request a payout they start trying to make out the passport was unclear and saying they wanted a clearer copy of an already legible and easy to read document. I had to ask if the person could perhaps try wearing a pair of glasses, in the end they said they wanted scans of stamps from customs, a photocopy of the whole document, etc etc. We got there in the end though.
