Bit of a woman's bookie to my mind, as the name infers, it's there for a few silly girls wanting a silly bet on a silly event, odds aren't too good and customer service only by email, try and get out of paying free bets on technicalities and suspend account without any logical or sensible reason whatever on a kind of random basis. Difficult to trust.

Website functional but girlie looking, promotions tend to be dishonoured over minor technicalities in small print and odds could be improved, tried them on 2 occasions but never again. I will say in their favour though that they did honour their promotional first time betting bonus initially, but when later went for a reload bonus, then they refused to credit it on a minor technicality and wouldn't budge or let it go as a goodwill gesture which I felt they easily could have done.

I once opened an account, placed a bet which lost and never used them for ages, until one day they sent me a promotional offer, I took it up and the bet lost, then they refused to honour the promo saying I didn't technically speaking fulfill the criteria, so not a good rating from me I'm afraid.

Well what can I say, service feels a little impersonal as all is done by email, but the fundamental thing that gives it a low rating to me is that I placed a bet in response to a promotion, the bet lost and then they refused to honour the promo quoting some petty little get out clause. The right thing to have done would have been to still credit it to me as a goodwill gesture, but oh no not these people, so sorry guys at partybets, constructive criticism don't be so tight fisted and think of another name, sounds too effeminate for a man betting on sports.

I used them at the same time as other bookies, I had signed up, they had suspended my account for age verification enquiries (I managed to get reinstated after sending in my id to prove the contrary) but as a precautionary measure, to avoid the aggro, I sent them a copy in advance. Other bookies I did with this generally on the whole thanked me and confirmed my account. I thought I was now safe from any interruption, but the question is did these people at partybets? The answer is NO ABSOLUTELY NOT they just suspended my account, so it's only a low rating I'm afraid.
