Take great pleasure in closing your account down without any rhyme or reason or logical explantion whatsover. Their actual odds and range of markets are pretty good, but because of the above get a zero rating.

Quite a good site on first hand appearance, good odds, good range of markets including australian as well as asian and european events, staff are easily contactable, overall a very good betting experience and would use again.

I really like their site, they do lucky loser (another word for lay betting), which is an interesting feature but the liability is usually too high, even worse than betfair which is an otherwise brilliant site apart from lay prices too high much of the time) their back odds are pretty competitive though, payout times average, had to send certified copy of id and bill but not a problem as I had this already from something else. Staff cooperative and friendly. Some issues with bets not always getting accepted. But on the whole they 90 per cent did get accepted.

I lost some money on their site, only a ten pounds, but I don't like the way that even though I lost and had no funds in the account, they close me down just to be awkward and when I queried it just said in their small print they reserve the right to close a customer account without a reason and said the decision is final and non negotiable, if I had won they probably wouldn't have paid up, or would have been deliberately awkward about it, for this they earn a zero.

When you sign up for new account they want that you go down your local copy shop and get your id photocopy stamped and signed as genuine, which makes it a bit on the overburdensome side, I mean are you so desperate to have a gamble on your favourite team at the weekend that you'll really go to all that trouble, I fear not, this is the potential downfall to their business model in my humble opinion.

A generous 100 pounds on offer welcome bonus, but they do like to make you run around getting your id officially stamped by a professional person such a police officer, lawyer, accountant, cleaner lady, (only joking) etc etc, which put an aggravation facet, but due to their generous welcome offer, they still get a good rating from me as well as their competitive odds and wide selection of betting markets, as long as you don't mind that initial piece of aggro they're fine.

Want certified id from your solicitor, doctor or town council leader before you can get your winnings and have a clause in their terms and conditions saying they can close any account at anytime without an explanation and have been known to excercise it from time to time, without a good or valid reason. Best avoided if you ask me.
