| Again a bookmaker who don't show all their details on their main page. They have no welcome bonus, at his moment. They have the Bet365 software but their site is not good enough. Looks like a starter site. EFbet is not the communication site, their service could be improved. EFbet is not the place to win big money. Aimed at the Turkish market, it is better to stay away from this bookmaker. |

| Decent odds, clunky interface, ok bonus. But, ask first about the deposit options and withdrawal fees. I deposited using Skrill and did not realize they charge a 3% withdrawal fee (NO CAP, absolutely ridiculous). I tried to arrange a bank account withdrawal, but no other withdrawal options were given to me. Such a practice is more or less highway robbery in my opinion and I'd avoid any site that has such practices. How embarrassing, Efbet, you'd otherwise have a decent service. |

| Yesterday I made bets on the football match Celta Vigo - Sporting Gijon. My pick was "Sending off - No" for coefficient 1,45. I made these bets after the start of the match in EFbet livebetting platform. According to EFbet Sports Betting Rules, Section "Live Betting", paragraph 5 says: "After the event has started Live bets can not be voided from the client. " Today I received a letter from EFbet: "Hello, Under section 9. 3. 2. In the event that due to technical error, the site is entered incorrect price Efbet entitled to all the assumptions adopted for this odd to determine that they are winning with the coefficient "1" or to pay for those earnings estimates after incorrectly entered prices are corrected by Efbet. Kind regards, Efbet support team. " I insist, that 1,45 was not technical error coefficient before this match (William Hill given even 1,5 coefficient) and for the third minute of this match also. Other bookmakers given the same coefficient for live play and all of them paid winnings (for example, Goldbet, Tiplix, Betn1)! |

| EFbet and betfair are the only sites which got license in Bulgaria. If I had to chose between them, I would take all in to betfair. Efbet have better odds than bet365 but they limit almost every successful customer. In my eyes they looks like marathonbet but one step below. |

| Bad site, when you register without any deposit and click on max bet for any game, they show you too much, nearly 1000000, but when you make deposit and click again on maxbet on same game, you will see it is 5 to 10 pounds! Very strange, try log out and click again on the same game, you will see again million pounds, hahaha, they play game with you, so I closed my account after 2 days. |

| I want to pay attention to one of the sportsbooks, with whom I have a dispute, they do a really sick business and beware of them, cashout as fast as possible, and I hope that SBR will lower their ratings as well. Here is a history of a dispute: 1. I looked at their site, found that on sbrforum you gave rating from C- to C, which is a good sign. 2. I looked at odds they are offering, and odds where very good. 3. I registered an account and checked their limits, limits on systems, singles, multiples where great 500+ per bet, which was surprising. 4. I made a deposit of 500 EUR and suddenly limits became 5 EUR per bet. (right after a deposit) 5. I tried to make a withdrawal since it's impossible to bet and they took 15 EUR for a withdrawal which is 3% from the amount I deposited. Support cannot answer normally, I can even copy/paste a correspondence, where you can see, that they answer all in one sentence or even word. My dispute is, how they as an operator can reduce limits after the deposit and then take fees on withdrawal??? I see this is not a normal practice, if you don't want people to bet with you, you just give away the money player deposited and that's it. They asked for a documentation, which was sent at my own risk, since I think the guys can use my documents somewhere else. Please beware of this site!!! |
