| Use this site at your peril I have tried to get winnings from them for 2 weeks, they asked for ID which I sent, they then said they hadn't received it, so I sent again to docs@12betuk. They said again that they hadn't received it, they are liars and thieves please beware of this spurious site. I have today completed online Court papers to be served on them. |

| A really dangerous sportsbook, they trap you to claim the bonus and then they take the bonus back and steal the profit directly. When you argue about this, they only repeat the mail they sent to you time and time again. |

| Satisfactory, I didn't win any money, it cost me a fiver in lost bets, OK that may cloud my judgement to some extent, but they wouldn't honour their free bet, which would have compensated my losses. Customer service easy enough to get hold of on chat though to find out the bad news. Staff told me fairly but firmly it had lost, alright my fault for gambling I suppose. Site was satisfactorily not too complicated to use or place bets with. So all in all I give them a 3. Don't think I'll use them again, as I expected more than just satisfactory. |

| Very much my kinda sportsbook so thought I'd definitely rate this one as excellent, being from asia originally I like an asian bookie, site was so easy to use and bet with and quick to get bets on too, odds were good enough, staff really friendly and helpful. I loved its professionally designed website with asian feel and look to it. |

| A very asian sort of site, a bit impersonal and funny odds format suited again to asian nature. Odds are not brilliant, payouts are fast though. Not the best site out there but A OK I reckon. |
