| From 30 bookmakers I've already signed-up, this is the one only who are annoying for 3 weeks about my documents. Even Betboo (from its family) didn't take such boring time and annoying robotic questions to unlock my withdrawals. I am waiting to withdraw since beginning of december... Why don't they mind you will never come back if your money to place bets is stuck in such boring site? Not to mention the poor odds... |

| This company will close your account if you win even the smallest amount. Their target customer is someone with learning difficulties and a gambling addiction. Their trading department are clueless and their only strategy is to push out the prices of outsiders so they could be exploited as they have no conception of correct odds. Left to themselves they would be completely unable to price up any sports market but they hide their cluelessness by closing the account of any customer who even looks like they might know what they're doing. |

| Deposited 1k, bookie took bets to win $9k. Bet won. Bookmaker closed my account without notification until I rang up. Gave me my 1k stake back and said deal with the Maltese Gaming Commission to rule on which are partly funded by Sportingbet. Com themselves. In other words screw you very much punter. |

| Sportingbet is part of the William Hill group. William Hill decided to take over Sportingbet as they had no rights to offer betting anymore in a few countries like Germany. Sportingbet is a fine bookmaker which is aimed at the center and east of Europe. They have quality of bets and competitions to offer. A friendly site, a bit of busy and an excellent customer service. Good bookmaker! |

| Very slow to pay bonuses. Took up the sign up offer and had to remind them at least 3 times when they failed to pay, currently I've waited three days for a free bet to be credited from Cheltenham and still not sorted. Very poor, seems they have an unwritten policy of only paying bonuses when the customer queries it. |
