| Soon after I registered, I got a few lucky wins on soccer (couple of hundred USD in total), which was enough for them to close my account! First they locked my account "for security reasons". Soon after they said they are closing my account. When I asked why? They said it is "management decision". Stay away from this sportsbook if you are a winning bettor! |

| I opened my account a few weeks ago and placed 2 bets under 50 euros. One lost and the other won and today I was informed that my account is now closed the reason is internal and that is it. I don't care that they closed it but regulations say that they have the ability to close the account for breach of their regulations. So what did I breach that is all I want to know. |

| They offer attractive odds on extremely heavy favourites, but limit your bets to 78p if the favourites win too often. Their customer service agents ignore you in the chat. They do not reply to emails and their lack of correspondence makes it extremely difficult to withdraw. |

| As several other people have experienced - they closed my account and are refusing to pay me the remaining balance on my account. They are requesting ID checks which have been sent several times and every time they have rejected them by either claiming not to receive them, claiming they are not in an acceptable format (even though I followed their own instructions), claiming they are not legible, etc. They don't even bother to tell you the documents are rejected and won't tell you why. I have asked them several times how I can make a formal complaint but no reply received. |
