1Bet 1 More comments „I have an account on 1Bet.com. I registered and played the sports welcome bonus, wagered the bonus amount 12 times while respecting their rules in terms of min. odds. I also tried to bet on major leagues and big sport events so that in case of any win my activity wouldn't raise any suspicions. Once my wagering was completed I had two pending bets that were voided (I have no idea why) and my balance became entirely withdrawable. I requested a withdrawal, verified my identity (ID, selfie, proof of address, copies of my card, screenshot of my Skrill) and after two days waiting I was informed that all my winnings were cancelled and only the original deposit was left on my account - bear in mind, I deposited 100€ and was withdrawing 375€, not even a big amount. I asked on chat why my winnings were voided and I just got a generic answer that I breached certain terms and conditions, they just referred to clause 8.8.2 of the terms which include quite a number of different cases of bonus abuse. I then sent them an email asking them to give me the bets that violated their terms and the reason why but got no answer, I also asked in chats but their agents kept telling me only to refer to clause 8.8.2. Basically they stole 270€ from my account, gave me a very generic reason for it and up to now they are still unwilling to provide a clear answer to my request of explanation.“ Country: I like this Date: Jan 4, 2024

Lala.bet 1 More comments „Lala.bet is a scam, they stole €1200 from me :( Casino Lala.bet is the typical casino that closes the account of the customer who wins and wants to withdraw his funds, arguing that he violated terms and conditions. Bad experience, I played for about a week at lalabet, won a few bets and had a balance of around €1200, when it was time to withdraw, this damn casino got in trouble and closed my account suddenly, claiming that I had broken the terms and that I had duplicate accounts! I started a dialogue with lalabet about the situation, asking for concrete evidence of what they accused me of and they always responded with a standard answer, not giving this evidence, I also asked them to at least pay me my balance, but they refused, they don't want to pay! It is obvious that lalabet's objective is clearly not to pay! It's also strange that lalabet didn't ask me for a single document to verify my identity, even that would certainly help to prove that I no longer have any duplicate accounts? But no, they didn't ask for a single document for verification, they suddenly closed my account right after I made bets that were winning and didn't pay anything. It's sad and regrettable when we deal with betting houses identical to lala.bet, if we win we are doomed because they close accounts with tremendous ease just to not pay out our winnings… Be careful with this Lala.bet house! It's pure scam! I even made myself available to send my documents, I requested concrete proof about the duplicate accounts they say I have and their response is zero, standardized responses that say nothing :(“ Country: I like this Date: Dec 13, 2023
