Class act amongst exchanges. Lowest commission fees along with great design of their website. Not as many markets as others but increasing in number. More flexible odds than others that can go above 1000-1. Would like more sports to be included and advance betting on matches.
 mt190102 1
They close the market when game is in play. No good betting exchange for traders!!!
 Paul 1
Unless you are happy to withdraw to Skrill or Neteller, you are unlikely to see your money again as they refuse to process withdrawals to Visa or Mastercard. If you want a bank transfer, they charge you £35.
 totoboy 1
I don't like the empty pots as this trader bookie, matchbook. Their software is awful and they don't always offer all bets. You can't bet high stakes, only at big competition matches you can. At smaller competitions, mostly, the pot is empty so nothing to trade. Matchbook is reliable, they do pay out. Their service is okay, but nothing special. I think there is no market anymore for a bookmaker like Matchbook. You can try this bookmaker but you won't hang around for a long time.

Charged me 2% to withdraw with no warning and no notice. This is theft. Please stay away from matchbook. They call themselves an exchange but the whole website is run by their bots so you get better odds elsewhere the majority of the time.
 Unhappy 1
Lied about bonus terms to get out of paying, denied terms have changed. Have screenshots for proof. When presented them with proof, they just ignored me and said there is nothing they can do. AVOID at all costs. How they are rated well is beyond me.
 ankefal 1
Very bad company. With the opportunity that I could not log into the site (for technical reasons), they found various excuses, really non-existent, and I was removed from my account when I withdrew 20 euros. Indeed, their spokesman admitted that these 20 euro are "lost".
 deasy 5
Easy to use, great prices and liquidity. They don't clutter up the screen with loads of markets that are a waste of time. I'd recommend it to serious bettors.
 Amrendra 4
Got a free bet when joined. It was easy to deposit, my money instantly appeared in my account. Haven't withdrawn yet. The only drawback I found is that they were not offering many markets. I mean in-depth markets.
 Sameer Choubey 4
Matchbook has a great team support and fastest withdrawals among all other Exchanges. The thing I liked about them was they have really low commission and it can save hundreds of dollars.

3
It looks a bit no thrills but it works fine and does the job I want it to.
Website usability
Evaluates the navigation and content organization of the bookmaker's website.
4
User friendly and easy to navigate, not so much wild price fluctuation as in betfair, makes it feel safer, content is laid out as it should be.
Website functionality
Evaluates the loading time, betting software quality and general performance of the bookmaker's website.
3
Home page was slow to load. The betting software works well once you've gone through the tutorials in how to operate it and has all the relevant info including a back lay trades organiser. There was no search box, but links and pages went hand in hand and loaded fast enough.
Sports coverage
Evaluates the variety of sports, leagues and events offered by the bookmaker.
2
At first I assumed it would have the same events coverage as betfair, unfortunately, the coverage doesn't even come close and is a bit on the limited side of things.
Markets coverage
Evaluates the variety of betting markets offered by the bookmaker on one event.
2
Unfortunately this is limited to Handicap, Moneyline and Total goals only.
Live betting
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's live (in-play, in-running) betting service.
4
Full coverage on the limited number of events offered in the exchange. But the coverage and quality itself is very good and has up to the second information.
Odds quality
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's betting odds.
5
On non-favourites, you regularly get 17 or 18 % or more sometimes than you would get at a bookie and spread out over time could very easily yield you a good profit on a season betting. Many of the odds on shots and favourites only offer price around the same as the bookies, but some of the time you can even get 17 or 18 per cent more here, should this be the case you should back it but not lay it, you may be able to lay if off for guaranteed profit should the lay price fall later, maybe near the start of the contest or in live trading.
Betting limits
Evaluates the bookmaker's maximum bet limits.
5
No actual limits are specifically imposed, you can place a bet and wait for it to get matched for any price and amount you can fund your account with, at any price, you can ask for 1000/1 against on odds on favourite if you want.
Customer service
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's customer service.
4
Chat based and they offer a friendly and polite service.
Bonuses and promos
Evaluates the bookmaker's offer of bonuses and promotions.
1
No promotions offered, although the 1% rate may go up one day, this could be something for this year to attract business. Mind you if it puts it up, it would probably lose most of its business to betfair and betdaq.
Safety and fairness
Evaluates the bookmaker's safety, fairness and overall credibility.
3
If you don't know what you're doing, you can quickly lose a lot of money on matchbook. But if you learn how to trade or have a tried and tested strategy, you can profit over time, but you do have to tread cautiously, spread your bets and not put all the eggs in 1 basket.

Website look
Evaluates the visual appeal of the bookmaker's website.
4
Their number 1 selling point is 0% commission on soccer and only 1 on other events, well that's better than betfair can offer you eh? I liked the way they bring this selling point in big bold letters at the front of their website, that's the way to do it!
Website usability
Evaluates the navigation and content organization of the bookmaker's website.
1
Navigation and user friendliness can be best described as a sore point, there no search tab and finding what you want is a work of art unless it just happens to be on the homepage.
Website functionality
Evaluates the loading time, betting software quality and general performance of the bookmaker's website.
1
Very slow to load, that's one big drawback of this betting website.
Sports coverage
Evaluates the variety of sports, leagues and events offered by the bookmaker.
2
Hidden away beneath the complicated system of navigation of this site, I dare say there is some very strong coverage, but if it's too hard to find what use is it to anyone, so only a 2 I'm sorry to say.
Markets coverage
Evaluates the variety of betting markets offered by the bookmaker on one event.
2
Again, I dare say they've got loads of different betting markets in 1 event, but they're so awkward to find, and in such obscure parts of the website, what's the use of them.
Live betting
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's live (in-play, in-running) betting service.
5
Not credit where credit's due, the live betting coverage was excellent, I won't take that away from them.
Odds quality
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's betting odds.
5
Again credit where credit's due, if you're backing, you usually get much better odds than at the bookies and what's more, it's only 1 % commission, in fact they're even doing at the time of writing 0% on soccer as a promo offer.
Betting limits
Evaluates the bookmaker's maximum bet limits.
5
What you can bet is down to how much of what you put up gets matched, matchbook have no interest in limiting as it's not their money, it's another punter's money.
Customer service
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's customer service.
5
Chat staff respond quickly to chat requests and are friendly and helpful.
Bonuses and promos
Evaluates the bookmaker's offer of bonuses and promotions.
4
0% on soccer right now, that's their hottest promo right now (that is at time of writing though).
Safety and fairness
Evaluates the bookmaker's safety, fairness and overall credibility.
3
You get better odds backing than at the bookies, so it's more than fair to the backer on many bets, but you still have to evaluate things carefully and a certain amount of skill and judgement is still needed. If you are laying, you are often going to have to lay at prices no bookie would ever be interested in and for good reason, no I don't think it's a safe bet for layers to be honest. Avoid short priced favourites backing, as this is where layers make their money from unexpected hot favourites losing though.

Matchbook has a different style than most of the online bookmakers. It's very simple, but it looks good.
Website usability
Evaluates the navigation and content organization of the bookmaker's website.
4
Friendly website with a good and easy to use interface. Matchbook keeps it very simple, therefore it's easy to use by the new online bettors.
Website functionality
Evaluates the loading time, betting software quality and general performance of the bookmaker's website.
5
No bettor should have problems with Matchbook because it loads fast, it doesn't have too many pages (most of the information is concentrated on the home page). No errors or issues. Overall, a great and functional website.
Sports coverage
Evaluates the variety of sports, leagues and events offered by the bookmaker.
3
They have a good coverage, but not as good as Betfair. With Matchbook you can bet on maximum 11 sports and the leagues coverage is not so amazing. If they improved this aspect, it would be amazing.
Markets coverage
Evaluates the variety of betting markets offered by the bookmaker on one event.
2
Unfortunately, there aren't too many betting markets available/event. They mainly focus on the popular events and deliver only the most used types of bets: winner, handicap, under/over... That's about all (for soccer).
Live betting
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's live (in-play, in-running) betting service.
2
Yes, I've used it - but it has a pretty poor coverage in terms of sports and markets. There aren't too many events to bet on.
Odds quality
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's betting odds.
4
Matchbook is a betting exchange. You can find better odds than on most of the online bookies.
Betting limits
Evaluates the bookmaker's maximum bet limits.
3
They have small liquidities - so it may happen that your bets won't be matched (it happened to me).
Customer service
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's customer service.
3
Haven't contacted them yet (didn't need to) - but I give it a good rating because it's available through Live Chat.
Bonuses and promos
Evaluates the bookmaker's offer of bonuses and promotions.
2
They had a welcome bonus which is not available anymore. In fact, that's how I found out about Matchbook and registered an account. At some point, Moneybookers was promoting this bookie - and there was a special welcome bonus.
Safety and fairness
Evaluates the bookmaker's safety, fairness and overall credibility.
4
Safe and reliable betting exchange. You should try it!

Really nothing special to look at, but I'm just attracted by the 1 per cent commission rate.

2
Very little problem depositing and placing bets, content can be obscure to find and not that well organised.

5
Basically it's PDQ or pretty damn quick.

It's an exchange like betfair, but doesn't quite have the same level of coverage.

3
Another exchange without the same big coverage as betfair.
Live betting
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's live (in-play, in-running) betting service.
5
I really enjoyed following the action live on this. Without this the site would not be so well used as it is.
Odds quality
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's betting odds.
4
Often maybe 1 per cent below betfair, but you have the huge advantage of 1 per cent commission rate which means you're better off sometimes, this is not always the case, often you are still better off in betfair even with the extra commission, but it does vary and shopping around gets the best deal.
Betting limits
Evaluates the bookmaker's maximum bet limits.
4
This depends entirely on liquidity in the market, but you choose your own stake and amount you want to win and odds you want to back or lay at and just hope to get matched.
Customer service
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's customer service.
4
One advantage over betfair. Aside of low commission customer service is immediately available on chat, this saves on phone bills and the staff here are knowledgeable and have technical expertise, whereas you have to phone for that in betfair. They also do you the honour of paying out same day.
Bonuses and promos
Evaluates the bookmaker's offer of bonuses and promotions.
3
Presently they offer 26 to anyone wanting to sign up.
Safety and fairness
Evaluates the bookmaker's safety, fairness and overall credibility.

Website usability

2
Content is organised for finding from events list. A search box is something that betfair, WBX and betdaq now all have, matchbook need to follow suit.
Website functionality
Evaluates the loading time, betting software quality and general performance of the bookmaker's website.
2
Home page is a bit slow to load, measured by a little revolving wheel, then just a few events appear, then it goes on to load the rest, it takes over a minute to all load up, even longer on slower machine.
Sports coverage
Evaluates the variety of sports, leagues and events offered by the bookmaker.
3
Nothing as good as betfair, Betdaq or WBX.

They do Live Betting with excellent coverage and quality.
Odds quality

5
Similar to other exchanges, many prices won't be as good, but lower commission tends to even things out.
Betting limits
Evaluates the bookmaker's maximum bet limits.
4
No limits whatsoever from the exchange to punters. But your bet does have to get matched though. This will only be immediate if you're take the prices offered, which may not always be quite what you're looking for.
Customer service
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's customer service.

You can get connected on chat in 2 minutes or so, where you can enjoy good standards of customer service and fast response to what you say on chat.
Bonuses and promos
Evaluates the bookmaker's offer of bonuses and promotions.
1
They promote their site by the 1% commission rate instead, not that it's a bad deal at all, but there is no actual bonus or promotion, so it's a zero I'm afraid.
Safety and fairness
Evaluates the bookmaker's safety, fairness and overall credibility.

Loading time is great and swift. Everything about the website is great. Not used the app much so can't comment there.
Sports coverage
Evaluates the variety of sports, leagues and events offered by the bookmaker.

Coverage is fairly good. Not got the same coverage as competition however that isn't to be expected from an exchange. Hasn't got as many as BF but with time I expect them to be more competitive.
Markets coverage
Evaluates the variety of betting markets offered by the bookmaker on one event.
3
They have a fair range of markets that you'd expect from an exchange site. Not as good as Betfair in this sense and the liquidity for the minor leagues isn't great until match day.
Live betting
Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's live (in-play, in-running) betting service.

Very average, liquidity is ok but it isn't a site I'd be using to do this. Much better ones around.
