| The website is not that easy to navigate. To see your active bets you need to navigate to my bets which are marked with a reference number instead of showing which bet it is. If you click on it then you see your bet but that page is not updating dynamically and you have to go back and then back in to see match time and scores. The first deposit bonus is ridiculous as you have to bet your whole deposit and the bet should meet specific limitations in order to receive it. The cash out is shady as well as it's not offered all the times and especially at crucial times and it's designed to be against the player. |

| They accepted a bet 13s before a greyhound event has started and then when it happened to be winning, they voided it. In the next 10min a horse race was late 3-4 min after the advertised start time and I made a small bet a minute before the actual start of the race to see if it loses they will also void the ticket or make it stay valid and take my money. There were no surprises, they took the money. The rules are only for players, not for the bookie. If you have exactly the same situation you should either reject both bets and make them void or pay the winning ticket and the other is consequently lost. Double standards and unfair "rules" is what you can expect from this bookie. |

| Their odds change very quickly and it takes for a while to submit a bet. I have tried different bets, but odds changed for most of the bet. They also charged 3$ withdrawal fee. I would say, it should be one of the last options. |

| I have just made a deposit of £100 via debit card that has not been credited. Live chat says I could not have as they do not accept debit card transactions. It went through and was verified by Visa. Scam site. Avoid!!! |

| Every bet goes through manual approval process no matter how big it is. That is not good for impression you get, it's mostly waiting for something all the time, because also user interface is a little slow and messy. Sometimes bets are denied and odds dropped. But at least they have fast payout. However in overall that is not bad bookie after all. I have placed good bets there and they haven't limited me heavily. |

| A goodish, certainly all in all satisfactory betting experience, I didn't win any money, lost 13 quid and had no balance left at the end, so don't ask me what withdrawal times and procedures were like, but staff were easy enough to reach on chat and odds were acceptable but could have been better. Like the ease of use of the site, but there were some technical issues placing bets, ie system freezes, but was ok placing bets second time around. |
