Customer service are all nice and polite to losers, but can be arrogant and pig headed when they discover you've got one over on them through arbing and getting away with it for a few weeks. They are not good losers.

I feel they have a patronising attitude, on a bad day, they'll say things at the counter like it's not easy is it, but online staff and people in telephone service centres seem better trained.

Poor - a couple of months ago I thought that they would change from this point of view (since they had a new manager who previously worked on BetVictor) - but they didn't and things got worse. They don't respond to your emails.
