| Bad service, no loyalty bonus, I have deposited over 700 eur and I have never received a loyalty bonus for 2 years and no free spins, when you are from Ireland or UK, the customer service offers you all the solutions and the commercial gesture, but if you are from a third country, your request is ignored and is not treated like the customers from UK and Ireland. |

| I signed up and placed my first bet for £100 on a World Cup match. It won. After that I was limited to £10. My second bet was for £10 on another World Cup match. After winning two bets I am not even able to bet as much as £1 on anything. Their verification process is a joke as they demand insanely specific documents for verification processes. I was asked for a copy of my life insurance policy (I don't have one) and a signed letter from my bank confirming that I am the account holder. |

| Jokers. I lost hundreds on my first four bets. They loved me and kept sending me offers to try get me to keep betting with them. My fifth bet was £100 on a 1/10 favourite. As soon as this won, I was limited to peanuts. I could have understood if I had won a load of money, but £10 is such a small amount. My overall loss was £390, but this lot obviously only want customers who lose literally every bet they place. |

| Paddypower is the pits. The absolute pits. You will be banned from doing offers shortly after your sign up bonus. They put loads of offers on TV ads but do not allow people to do them. Now own Betfair and they are well into the mission of destroying that as well! |

| There is something really bad with paddy security team. I made deposit by mastercard and got my account blocked, because I needed to verify my age. Ok I sent copy of ID and a screenshot of online banking with my address and I was able to play again. Later I tried to make withdrawal, but you can't withdraw to mastercard, so I was asked to send bank statement (again) , ok I sent it and afterwards got confirmation I requested withdraw to bank account. After almost a week I received email that my withdrawal was canceled and I needed to send them copy of ID and bank statement... I contacted online support and informed them I already did it twice, so he said sorry and requested withdrawal again. Now I tried to make second withdrawal and guess what? Yes, you're right I got my account suspended and asked the same documents again, except screenshot was not good anymore, so I asked in my bank for paper copy, and sent it. So now third day with no answer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. |
