Accounts don't last beyond five bets. After that you are only allowed to win a maximum of £1 in most markets. Account verification is next to impossible as they will accuse you of having stolen the card you deposited from. When you send the requested selfies, they claim that you had plastic surgery to look exactly like the person whose card, passport and bank statements you have allegedly stolen. This is good news if you lose money, as your bank will return your deposits via chargeback. If you make a profit, you either have to take them to court (which can take months) or accept that you won't get your winnings and take the chargebacks.

Very odd chaps. I have lost several thousand with them. You would think this would make me their ideal customer. However, they decided to heavily restrict me over one bet. I only had £295 in my wallet. Instead of depositing £10 in order to place £300 like I wanted to, I decided to just place the bet for £295. The bet was on Huddersfield to win or draw against Chelsea. My bet lost, but I am still restricted heavily because their traders limited me without checking how much was in my wallet before I placed the bet. If I had settled for £250, I would be £45 better off and still able to bet with them.

This company has more than 1. 5 billion GBP annual income. I can't bet here because they limited my bets to 0. I think this company is the big shame for betting industry. Winners are not welcome here. They accept only losers. I am winner here so they limited my bets.

I've been a Wm Hills customer for years & bet by phone. They've just announced they're stopping telephone betting in favour of online betting. As I work Saturdays this means I can't access online so I can't bet. Poor show.

This is a bad bookie. Don't use your time on this bookie. Got limited after 3 days betting only 5$ bets and after winning 50$ I couldn't place 2$ bet. They hate winners and when they spot one even if you win a small amount trust me 100% they will limit you. Unless you lose with them you will not get limited.

When you're losing they're happy to keep taking your money. If you win by betting on the favourites, they're fine with that also. As soon as you win money on an underdog, they will limit you to a few quid. Their live chat is pointless as their agents just quit.

Very greedy bookie. It doesn't matter if you have lost thousands with them. As soon as you win an outside bet, you are only allowed to bet pocket change. They also regularly fail to pay out unless you contact customer support.

The website is fairly easy to use once you get used to it. This is important when trying to get the price quickly for a market before the price disappears.

I like the william hill design because it's unique. While 99% of the bookies have the sports in the left side, WH has the sports placed at the top of the website - easier to access. Good colors, and attractive graphics - I love it!
