| I registered on Parimatch just one week ago. During betting I won some small amount of money. First of all, two times, I had withdrawn part of money and continued playing. However later on, whenever I tried to withdraw, there were no successes. I tried fixing the problem in live chat but I was told that I have to contact my bank because the bank did not accept money transfer. My bank confirmed that this is not truth. Now money is neither in my bank account nor in my Parimatch account. Disappeared. I made many live chat with Parimatch staff but still issue is not fixed. They are not reliable. BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT BE ANOTHER VICTIM. |

| I'm registered with many sportsbooks, but this one is by far the worst. Please do not waste your time, nerves, and money there. From the second day they limited me to 10$ max bet on 99% of the matches. After a month of betting (less than 10 bets, and some rejected ones), and even being in loss (around half of my funds), they limited me to 1$ (ONE US DOLLAR! ) max bet for every pick. Ridiculous. And all that restrictions for a bankroll of couple of hundred USD. Imagine if I was in profit, or had more funds what they would do? How are people supposed to bet with 1$ or 10$ max bets, and not waste their time? Is that a "polite" way to say "you are not welcomed here" to their customers? I guess it is. In short, their robotic answer was that they can literally do whatever they want with limits for users and sport events without notice, quoting some rule from their Terms of service. Also being impolite. Having no choice, I made a Skrill withdrawal for my remaining funds there, letting them know I'll share my experience with them on every sportsbook review site out there, but they didn't seemed to care. Anyway, on their Skrill withdrawal page they clearly state: "This method of payment does not include transfer fee. " (it is still on their page) and I had the full withdrawal amount on the order, but guess what? On my account history page it says that I am charged 5% commission?! Why? The robotic and impolite chat support quoted me again some ToS rules, claiming that they can do whatever they want with commissions, limits, bets, withdrawals etc. Pretty much this is their answer to every question. Instead of apologizing for the confusion, the support chat agent didn't seemed to care at all. I have screenshots from literally everything. Can someone tell me how in the world are they allowed to be a sportsbook? |

| Parimatch is the best bookie. Fast deposits. The fastest verification of KYC, not a tone of documents needed and fastest withdrawals, after 2-3 work days. Fastest customer service, Russian and English language. And most of all very honest. When you are betting live for example final score X, and at the time of betting one team scores, they stop betting. So they don't allow you to lose your money... Parimatch always. |

| I have good experience with them. They paid a lot of their bad lines and simply too high odds. But then I left them as they changed their working model. Now Parimatch has increasing number of bettors mainly from Ukraine 'cause it's the only adequate bookie there. I've seen they started voiding bets without reason. So I totally skip Parimatch now. But still have good memories of old Parimatch. |
