| Wanted to trade the bonus to Smarkets and found a match that had a rating over 100 %. The odds were over 5 on the draw and in the 90th minute 1-1 was scored, so I won on Redbet and lost on Smarkets, which wasn't optional. After that bet, my first, I was limited hard. On tennis I would have been able to bet about 2 €, on MLS 30 € but luckily I could bet about 90 € on international friendlies so I could do the bonus wagering somewhat effectively. After some losses (and wins on Smarkets) the limits were raised and at one point I could've bet way over 500 €. But I had bets active and wanted them to settle and the limits got smaller again, but not as bad as before. Usually I get around 85-90 % out of the bonus when trading, with this one I got only 22 % due to bad odds and low limits. But just because the odds are bad it doesn't mean the company is bad. The live chat was really nice and helpful and the banking worked well. After sending my documents for the verification, it took one hour for me to get my money from Redbet to Skrill, and that's on a Saturday evening. I haven't experienced any bookmaker this quick. Conclusion: The odds are bad and you get limited quickly, but you don't have to wonder about your money, you'll get it quickly when you want and therefore I give Redbet 2/5. |

| A small but nice Nordic bookmaker. There is no welcome bonus for European players from the rest of Europe. But once you have become a member of Redbet, they will surprise you with deposit bonuses and extra promotions. Especially around Christmas they do offer extra promotional activities. They pay out very fast and have an excellent customer service. They don't offer the best odds and all competitions. |

| Relatively poor odds and live event offer. Till last week I would have given them a rating of 3 stars due to really fast withdrawals. But over last 6 days they've settled 2 of my live bets incorrectly and haven't been yet able to fix it! Though my multiple queries by chat and email, I'm getting responses that they have technical difficulties to re-settle bets and are working on that. No estimated time available, when it will be fixed... 6 days and counting... Pretty sad. |

| This bookmaker sucks, I played single with 100€, odds were 4. 20. Next day when the game started I got this message on mail: Due to a technical error, erroneous odds were offered on the match between Supersport United FC - Amazulu FC. All bets on the matches have, in accordance with our T&Cs (paragraph 4. 21), been voided and the stakes returned. Match was finished 0:1, my ticket lost... But that doesn't matter, this bookie is unreliable, and I will never bet with them again. |

| I opened an account with them and they suspended my account half an hour later, I sent them my id, nothing wrong with it whatsoever and then they told me they needed id to be clearer, I responded by emailing them back to ask if they suffered from blindness or poor eyesight. I like the look and feel of their site though and there were no technical issues signing up, the odds were reasonably good, just pity they chose to throw away customers. |

| I opened an account, sent off my driving licence and a utility bill for verification voluntarily to avoid being messed about for it and asked for clearer copies etc after depositing and the silly little girls wrote back saying because I sent the id off my own back they didn't wish to do business with me. Well done Redbet, another customer down the drain when you spend money trying to attract them. |
