| Joining bonus didn't activate automatically. Customer service told me to deposit money again after I staked because my account was on the incorrect bonus. Casino bonus payout is locked behind a 24x stake, not even worth it. |

| Coral changes odds after bet was placed without your knowledge and consent. I categorically opposed that change from 4/7 to 2/5 (1. 67 to 1. 4 decimal) but they refused to cancel my bets. CROOKS stealing and deceiving for a living. |

| Low life scum only interested in money. I made a complaint about an inshop staff by phone, I rang up, 1 hour later never even been put through so it was done again. I was promised a phone call off a manager, NEVER got the call. NOT interested in there customers at all, all they're interested in is money money money. |

| Myself and 4 friends that I know of have had our Coral accounts either closed or severely limited to being useless. Some of us are not even winners - we bet in the pub on saturday afternoon on phones whilst watching footy. This bookmaker is useless after a while. |

| Very very very bad customer service. On the 29 of October while betting on the mobile phone app I could not watch any races that I bet on. Then I had a lucky each way lucky 15 come up. All four horse came each way. They paid me and then blew me one thing later they made one of the horses lose and took back 30 pounds off me. Made my account 50 pound in the minus. Then they made me 20 minus. They then made my account 0. I complained and then they said yes the horse in question was placed and that I would get the money in 72 hrs. Never gave it back and then changed their story and screwed me over. They are crazy. Avoid like the plague. |

| Shockingly bad bookie. Made a deposit, made one bet of 10€ and won. I then received a free bet which I lost. And then they closed my account. Not giving any information, just that they do not need to tell me why. So that was it. At least they let me make a withdrawal. |

I've hard from other less fortunate that they use this as a way of ripping off people whose account they closed. As you can see it's open to abuse and they have been known to take advantage of it, so not necessarily a safe haven to put your money in, a safe deposit box would be safer. | |
