It is user-friendly, and I find it easy to navigate. The odds are competitive and I am a fan of their reliable service and strong reputation. |

They have poor liquidity because they have banned a lot of countries. I tried to register but Croatia was also one of restricted countries. I can bet with all other online bookmakers, so I can't understand this policy while their service suffers from poor liquidity. |

Betdaq tried to become the new Betfair but they didn't. They don't offer that high posts in their trading business. Although they are a reliable bookmaker with normal service, it is not the bookmaker where I would to try to win big money. At popular European matches there is something to win, but the lower leagues, you can't even place your bet at all times. |

Excellent presentation , easy bet placement. Easy deposits and withdrawals, good variety of events. For me one of the two best betting exchanges (the other is betfair). While it is not a home for beginners, it offers the possibility of placing bets in a traditional way. |

High fees and commissions, it is much worse than betfair. I don't think they are able to compare with that leading company. They offer some promotions rarely so you can't expect any surprises. |

Shocking! Nearly impossible to place a bet, took over a week to process my ID as they for some reason lock your account AFTER you make a deposit. Customer services are useless and most of the website does not work. Sort it out, Jeez! |

When compared to Betfair, Betdaq is small but their offer for discount on commissions attracted me. Despite having low liquidity in their markets, I joined them. The only benefit of using Betdaq over Betfair is that you will have to pay less commission and if you see this on a big scale then, you can save 100s dollars in commissions. The only problem is liquidity otherwise it's freaking awesome. My rating will be 4/5 stars for them. |

The BETDAQ publicity MANIFESTO promised Maximum 3% commission, yet they have upped mine to 3. 8%. Organisations that hold our money must be totally trustworthy and when they are not true to their word, alarm bells start to ring. |

This is a betting exchange, not a bookie, they simply bring backers and layers alike and you can trade bets like a day trader but with lot less capital. Backers often offer truly excellent odds, no bookie would ever offer. |

Website look Evaluates the visual appeal of the bookmaker's website. | 5 |
Good professional promotional design on homepage, outlining the benefits in the loudest possible way, should work wonders for attracting new customers. This is the Republic of Ireland's answer to betfair.
Website usability Evaluates the navigation and content organization of the bookmaker's website. | 5 |
The site's improved its user friendliness, in bygone days, there was no search box, now there is and it's transformed the site from one that was awkward and cumbersome to find bets on to one that's quick and simple to find bets on and closely rivals betfair as an alternative exchange. Finding content now is just so effortless.
Website functionality Evaluates the loading time, betting software quality and general performance of the bookmaker's website. | 5 |
Betdaq software is very similar to betfair trading software and works in much the same way, enabling easy trading of lots of events in a manageable interface that's easy to use. Links and pages go hand in hand with no issues.
Sports coverage Evaluates the variety of sports, leagues and events offered by the bookmaker. | 5 |
This place closely rivals betfair in terms of the sheer number of sports, leagues and and events coverage. If it's happening it's sure to be listed on Betfair or this place.
Markets coverage Evaluates the variety of betting markets offered by the bookmaker on one event. | 5 |
A huge multitude of different betting markets on the same event that closely rivals that of betfair.
Live betting Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's live (in-play, in-running) betting service. | 5 |
The best way to view this, is in their trading software. Every event is covered with up to second info on prices, matched and unmatched bets, progress, who's winning and losing, live commentary, etc. If you can get matched at the right price before race or contest, it's still better though.
Odds quality Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's betting odds. | 5 |
Many of the back odds are excellent and deserve the 5 marks, often upwards of 20% more than you get at your average bookie. If backing the ones to avoid are odds on favourites, these you are much better off laying (over time) and taking the large stakes lost in proportion to very skimpy and poor odds that the bookies make on every year (and you can do the same when the price is very close to bookie's odds).
Betting limits Evaluates the bookmaker's maximum bet limits. | 4 |
You are limited to what your opponent want to stake against you at the price you accept, but you can leave the bet in the market to get matched, then you decide the limit proposed, then it's up to the market to agree to it.
Customer service Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's customer service. | 4 |
Quickly accessible by phone with no annoying electronic messages.
Bonuses and promos Evaluates the bookmaker's offer of bonuses and promotions. | 3 |
If your first bet up to 30 euros loses, they will refund the stake as a goodwill promotion. This is worth using. They're also offering 500 euros in free bets. Don't wade straight in there, it's more of a loyalty scheme than an instant 500 euro bonus.
Safety and fairness Evaluates the bookmaker's safety, fairness and overall credibility. | 4 |
It's statistically safer for your average weekend punter to back at, due to good back odds, but you still have to stick by a system rigidly and unemotionally which isn't easy for everyone and one that's known to work. I've always done well using my systems, but it takes a lot of self discipline to do this successfully. But it's definitely safer to bet at than most bookies.

Website look Evaluates the visual appeal of the bookmaker's website. | 5 |
This is the best designed sort of site I've ever come across. What makes it so excellent is the exchange system where you just simply exchange bets with other people, a bit like betting amongst your friends but online, this is truly a concept other bookies have yet to latch onto.
Website usability Evaluates the navigation and content organization of the bookmaker's website. | 5 |
Recently there have been numerous improvement to the betdaq site that I notice that really make it an optimum betting experience and now doing a 2% commission offer, I strongly recommend it.
Website functionality Evaluates the loading time, betting software quality and general performance of the bookmaker's website. | 5 |
It loads up in a matter of seconds.
Sports coverage Evaluates the variety of sports, leagues and events offered by the bookmaker. | 4 |
Betdaq cover very much all the popular betting markets including horses, dogs, football, golf, tennis, cricket, rugby, boxing, American and Australian markets even and lot. They also accept bets on a few American sports when you bet on the horse and dogs, you will find they are all British and Irish markets.
Markets coverage Evaluates the variety of betting markets offered by the bookmaker on one event. | 5 |
I've heard they transact to the tune of around 75 - 80 MILLION British pounds per week as much of their customer base is from that part of world. Their huge range of other bets apart from winner only, makes up much of that figure.
Live betting Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's live (in-play, in-running) betting service. | 5 |
I was most impressed, you even get superb coverage of a wide range of events, but what really took me by storm was the pre-match betting analysis from a man in Florida, a full 5 points.
Odds quality Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's betting odds. | 5 |
Best back odds you'll get anywhere as you are betting against not always very commercially astute layers or people desperate to lay off a losing position. You can lay on odds on shots, often similar prices to bookie to ensure you don't become a victim of poor lay value yourself. Lay odds generally are more in the backer's favour than the punter's.
Betting limits Evaluates the bookmaker's maximum bet limits. | 4 |
This depends very much on betting volumes within the particular event, but you decide how much you want to stake or lay liability to and hope to get matched.
Customer service Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's customer service. | 4 |
It functions well, but can be slow responding to emails some of the time, but not all the time, having that said they did validate my ID within half hour.
Bonuses and promos Evaluates the bookmaker's offer of bonuses and promotions. | 3 |
There is up to 500 bet to be claimed here, but it's something of a loyalty scheme. Not just an outright 500 euro bonus. The first 30 euros is more of an outright 100 per centre though.
Safety and fairness Evaluates the bookmaker's safety, fairness and overall credibility. | 5 |
This is an Irish bookie and based in Dublin, the Irish licensing system is a fair and safe one, which betdaq has to abide by and so are safe enough. I had no problems getting my winnings.

Website look Evaluates the visual appeal of the bookmaker's website. | 4 |
It looks very good with its 500 euros in free bets offer, very good marketing design, the search box and simple layout give it a very user friendly look and feel.
Website usability Evaluates the navigation and content organization of the bookmaker's website. | 5 |
The site looks and feels user friendly and it is in reality as well. The search box is a more recent addition, now it has this, it is very easy to use and navigate and find bets quickly.
Website functionality Evaluates the loading time, betting software quality and general performance of the bookmaker's website. | 5 |
The site loads very quickly, the bet type links get there in a few seconds. The links link to pages very quickly. All in all the site works very very well.
Sports coverage Evaluates the variety of sports, leagues and events offered by the bookmaker. | 5 |
Full international coverage of most of what's happening in the sports and racing world. The site is open for business 24/7.
Markets coverage Evaluates the variety of betting markets offered by the bookmaker on one event. | 5 |
Everything you want from number of corners, first goal score, correct score, pretty much anything else like that you want can be found here.
Live betting Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's live (in-play, in-running) betting service. | 5 |
Every race, every match or contest is covered fully in live betting!
Odds quality Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's betting odds. | 5 |
Much better than most bookies if backing, lay odds are not always worth taking in pure speculation, but good for trading the fluctuations that work in your favour. In this game always be prepared for the wind to change and the fluctuations go against you. In this case you should cut losses ASAP and ride out winning fluctuations for maximum profit.
Betting limits Evaluates the bookmaker's maximum bet limits. | 5 |
You can propose a lay bet on a hot odds on favourite at 999/1 against and stake as many noughts as your balance will allow (assuming you've already won the lotto or have a vast fortune to invest) but getting matched is only likely to happen if it looks like it's obviously going to lose in the last few seconds of the contest and it will just cost you a euro for nothing on your 999 euros backers stake. So better to just propose something realistic that people are likely to take pre match.
Customer service Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's customer service. | 3 |
Customer service can be contacted by phone without long queues, silly messages, etc. Number on website.
Bonuses and promos Evaluates the bookmaker's offer of bonuses and promotions. | 3 |
Despite the offer or 500 euros free bets. This you only get as a small percentage of your betting turnover. The only instant hitter is the 30 euro refund of first bet if it loses.
Safety and fairness Evaluates the bookmaker's safety, fairness and overall credibility. | 4 |
Sure enough they pay what they owe you and don't mind you profiting as it's not them paying you. It's the opposing user who pays you. They simply take a commission. This system avoids a lot of misunderstandings you may find yourself at the wrong end of at traditional bookies.

Betdaq has a very old purple design and looks very dated.
Website usability Evaluates the navigation and content organization of the bookmaker's website. | 4 |
Clear drop down navigational menu to the left.
Website functionality Evaluates the loading time, betting software quality and general performance of the bookmaker's website. | 3 |
Generally all works well, however when clicking on options to look at FAQ, Cashier or sports article it will open pop-up menus which can be annoying.
Sports coverage Evaluates the variety of sports, leagues and events offered by the bookmaker. | 4 |
Coverage for all sports such as golf, football, horse racing & virtual sports.
Markets coverage Evaluates the variety of betting markets offered by the bookmaker on one event. | 3 |
On bigger events such as Premier League football games there will be more markets however on smaller games there are less markets to bet on.
Live betting Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's live (in-play, in-running) betting service. | 3 |
Live betting is available however there is clearly sometimes a lack of liquidity and during live betting you want to have your bet matched as quickly as possible.
Odds quality Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's betting odds. | 3 |
As Betdaq is an exchange usually odds available will be one of the best.
Betting limits Evaluates the bookmaker's maximum bet limits. | 3 |
Although there are no limits when betting at an exchange outside big events there is poor liquidity and therefore you can have reasonably medium bets such as 50 euro matched at the best odds instantly.
Customer service Evaluates the quality of bookmaker's customer service. | 5 |
Betdaq has a very good email and live chat customer service. If the exchange goes down for any reason customer service will alert you that there is a problem and you may get a small free bet for your troubles.
Bonuses and promos Evaluates the bookmaker's offer of bonuses and promotions. | 3 |
Good introduction offer of a £25 free bet that I took when a certain amount of commission is generated and also some profit boosts such as on big horse racing events.
Safety and fairness Evaluates the bookmaker's safety, fairness and overall credibility. | 5 |
Trustworthy website and as it's exchange you will have no problem of winning any amounts of money on the website.
