| I downloaded the app, tried to place a bet on the Grand National 2017. Account balance showed 0. 00 even though I had deposited £10 from my PayPal account which I checked had been deducted. No bets showing in my history so assumed that the bet was not put on. Called customer service only to be told that the bet was put on twice (two x £5 for the same horse) and they could not therefore do anything about this. Terrible customer service and I would suggest AVOID AT ALL COSTS. |

| An all round provider aimed at the UK market, gambling country number 1. Betfred has a lot of competition but still have their share of the market. They offer a lot of bets and good odds. Aimed at the UK sports and market we know that Betfred offers a lot of English football. Great service, fast payouts but not all deposit and withdrawal options. Betfred is a nice and steady bookmaker. Good for the English player. |
