| I want to make this complaint since The Betandyou Gambling House canceled all my bets indicating that I supposedly have a double account however, that is not true since I entered with my cell number +519***69. Which at the beginning indicates that there is still no registered account with that number, therefore it is obvious that I do not have more than one account on their BETANDYOU. COM page but when I started the withdrawal process they told me to talk to the security department security-en@betandyou. Com, where they asked for my identification and I sent evertyhing required however they answered that I could only withdraw what I deposited and they keep the profits and that does not seem fair to me since in this world of bets you win or lose but when one has profits it seems like they don't care and since they have control or the money they only keep it without any formal explanation that can authenticate that I really made some mistake which is not true! |
