| Problems over problems. First they charged me extra because of exchanging euro to usd and than in the plattform again to euro. Secondly there was a whole mess with the bonus in the beginning which was only valid for 2 days. But the worst is the verification process and that its not possible to withdraw my money... Apart from all of these problems I like the overall handling from the website and that they have egames. I made my first withdrawals around the turn of the year. It just didn't go through without notification. The second time I checked, I got the answer in the live support chat that I had to verify myself before the payouts would work. Now to the problem. Since then, I've been trying to upload new documents every few days and these are again rejected without any information as to why. I have also written several times to the verification department (support@sportaza389406. Com) and once to the general address (support@sportaza. Com). So ticket numbers are open here too. Here I never gpt an answer to my questions about the reason why my documents were rejected. I have now had three out of five documents approved (after what feels like 1000 attempts). There is currently still a lack of proof of my crypto wallet and my bank account statement. I really have no idea what else I should upload here. The live chat isn't helpful either. I keep being put off with the sentence that it has been forwarded to the department again for faster processing. I want a concrete statement as to why the proof of crypto wallet and bank account statement are repeatedly rejected. For the Exodus crypto wallet, I only have the option of pulling out a CSV file and turning it into a PDF. All transactions can then be viewed via the blockchain scanner. I have already tried to submit it using screenshots as well. With my bank statement I tried it with deleting the personal data, with the personal data and also with screenshots. |
