My first bets all won and I got quickly over 1000€. Then I got limited and couldn't bet high amounts on some leagues. After I was done with the wager I had almost 1100€ on my account. I requested a withdrawal and was asked to sent documents for verification, which I did. Then I also had to make a Skype video verification, where I showed my passport and was asked questions about my "bet behavior". Then after a few days I recieved following email: "Dear Customer, The monitoring that had been placed on your account has ended and a breach of point 23.6 of our terms and conditions has been detected. As a result, your account has been permanently closed and a return of your deposits will be made. The return shall be made into the same platform through which your deposit was made. Best Regards, Bet2u Support" Point 23.6 means that a third party had access to my account, which is not true. I asked them for further information why they accused me of that but I didn't get a response anymore. I can't log in my account and it seems that they are not willing to communicate.
