A very good range of betting markets and good odds, site wasn't at all problematic to use and was a pleasure to use if anything. I think these are a good bookie to deal with.

Like other australian bookies, you may have to go down your local plod shop to get your id stamped as authentic, original seen by a copper, after this initial inconvenience, they accept it without a problem and you can thereon after expect fast payouts. Staff approachable and helpful, odds are competent in line with what other bookies are offering, very generous new player bonus available.

A good bonus to the new bettor to tempt you in there, polite and friendly, helpful and professional staff always keen to help and will even phone you in the UK from australia to help. The odds are good as is the wide range of markets you can bet on.

Not so much in terms of actual maximum amount, but in tems of percentage deposit bonus for new punters, they're paying about the best rates, (purely percentage wise) more so than any bookie I've come across. For this they get top marks from me. Staff were helpful and polite, payout times 48 hours which isn't the shortest ever but more than quick enough. Certified id was required, luckily I had this already so won't downgrade their rating for it.

I joined them a long time ago and they never paid out my winnings, it was only a tenner I won, but they wanted me to go running down the police station to get them a copy of my id signed along with a phone number they could ring them up on to make sure it really was signed by them, I just told them to keep the tenner and shove it where the sun don't shine.

I say if someone doesn't trust you, why trust them. Fair enough thing agreed? I think this rule applies here, I went to open an account and I know down under their security systems are a little old-fashioned compared with europe, in europe you send them a scan of a passport and utility bill and that is job done, here they want you to go and get a photocopy of it stamped with a seal, put their phone number on it so they can phone and verify the stamp was actually put on there by them, it's too much to ask but not infallable if you were trying to fake it (you could get a stamp printed by a computer and you could give your best mate as the alleged solicitor or other professional person signing it) and to be honest the trouble you may have to go to to get the genuine article may well encourage this sort of conduct, personally I recommend you just tell them to ahem....... Not to bother.

Very overburdensome security, not only do they want to see a stamped photocopy of your passport and utility bill, by a policeman, bailiff, lawyer, pub bouncer/heavy villain (hee hee hee) or some other horrible person you'd sooner not give the time of day, they then want his phone number and position so they can phone him or her to verify that he / she did actually sign the document, how very trusting of them eh?

Another ozzie bookie that wants you to get certified copies of your passport or driver's licence stamped by a notary, doctor or town councillor they can contact and verify the stamp, too much trouble for too small an amount of bonus to the new bettor, but fine once you've overcome this obstacle, but better suited to the ozzie punter than the european.

Another firm that's OK once you've verifed your id with them, but they do like wanting you to send id stamped by a solicitor or someone, yes we are who we say we are, we can send you a scan or something, but just don't have the time to go round messing about doing this, we're not that desperate to use your site for crying out loud.
