Avoid getting your betting account blocked

AVOID GETTING YOUR BETTING ACCOUNT BLOCKED

With so many cases of bettors who complain on the internet that they had their betting accounts blocked, many people think that it can also happen to them. In reality, this doesn't happen too often, therefore in the following lines we'll inform you when this usually happens and what you need to do in order to avoid getting your betting account blocked.

First of all, the main reason for a betting account to be blocked is if you did something wrong which was against the terms that you agreed to when registering an account. It's quite common, unfortunately, to find out that many bettors register multiple accounts in order to grab the welcome bonus or other type of promotions several times (opening many accounts from the same IP, claiming bonuses by the same family members who live at the same postal address etc. - all of these are definitely not accepted by most betting sites). As a bettor you must be aware that it's normal to have only one account, no matter what. If you have issues or you want to receive new bonuses it's better to contact the customer support and inform them, instead of breaking the rules.

Second, you can get your account blocked if you use your betting account as a bank account (e.g. you deposit, you don't place any bet for a long period of time and then you withdraw your funds) or if you deposit through a payment method and you try to withdraw using other payment methods. Withdrawing through different payment methods can be considered a fraud attempt and this can trigger an alarm for the bookies to block your account and do extra verifications in order to make sure everything is ok.

Other common reasons for getting your account blocked, but usually only temporarily, are:

- when you try to login and you enter the wrong password too many times
(suggestion: if you do not manage to login after the second attempt, it's better to use the password recovery option);
- when you login to your account from a different pc that may have been used by another customer
(suggestion: always make sure to login from safe and clean computers that are used only by yourself);
- when you withdraw a big amount without completing the verification procedure
(suggestion: it's better to send documents and comply with the verification procedures before requesting your first withdrawal).

Make sure you follow these suggestions and avoid breaking the rules in order not to get your betting account blocked. In case you had bad/good experience with specific online bookmakers, please go to the comments section and tell us your story!
