BETTING CALCULATOR

There are many sites which are offering all sort of betting calculators, but not all of them are very complex and they don't really cover all types of bets. Fortunately, because they want to satisfy all customers, there are available online betting sites which are offering excellent betting features and options, including betting calculators.

Many bettors are probably asking "why use a betting calculator when all online bookmakers clearly show you the profit when adding selections on a betting slip?". Well, first of all, not all online bookmakers accept all types of bets (such as Lucky 15, Super Yankee etc.) and a betting slip is not such a good way of making calculations if you are not 100% sure that you want to place a bet at that moment.

Generally, betting calculators are very useful for those bettors who are placing online bets using a clear strategy. When betting using a strategy, you must be very careful with each bet, make proper calculations and be sure to select the exact odds if you want to make a profit, otherwise mistakes can negatively influence the strategy.

Because in online betting, especially when using strategies, there's no room for errors, online bookmakers are very careful with the betting features they offer. Paddy Power, William Hill and Ladbrokes are good examples of online bookmakers who are offering reliable and precise betting calculators with many types of bets and options available.

Paddy Power offers a betting calculator for 11 types of bets: Single, Double, Treble, Fourfold, Fivefold, Trixie, Patent, Yankee, Super Yankee, Lucky 15 and Lucky 31. Making a calculation is very easy with Paddy Power because you just have to select the type of bet from the drop box, enter the betting details (odds, number of selection, stake) and finally click on "Calculate" in order to see the prices, unit stake, total stake and the return.

Ladbrokes has a similar type of a betting calculator which accepts 11 types of bets: Single,Double, Treble, Accumulator, Trixie, Yankee, Super Yankee, Heinz, Patent, Lucky 15 and Lucky 31. Ladbrokes also offers you the possibility of choosing the odds display type (fractional or decimal). Calculating is very easy because Ladbrokes has an easy to use interface: you just have to select the type of bet, enter the odds and the number of selections (up to 10), enter the stake and finally click on "Calculate" to find out the unit stake, total stake and return.

While Paddy Power and Ladbrokes have almost identical betting calculators, William Hill offers a simple betting calculator where you don't have to start by choosing the bet type but the number of selections. If at Ladbrokes you can add up to 10 selection, the betting calculator from William Hill accepts maximum 8. After you pick up the number of selections, you just need to enter the price, stake, eventually the Each/Way, Rule 4 or Dead Heat options and click on "Calculate". The interesting part is that William Hill will show you a bigger list with total bets, unit stake, total stake and returns for each type of bet available for that number of selections.

Overall, betting calculators can prove to be very useful and there are enough online bookmakers who can offer this type of feature.
