VOID BETS
In online betting can occur many situations in which your bets are marked as VOID in accordance with the terms & conditions of the online bookmakers, but in some special cases there might be confusion and it's better to understand exactly when and why your bets can be marked as VOID.

- Some online bookmakers will wait until the official result of the match before settling a bet (it doesn't matter if it takes 1 day, 2 days or 1 week).
One thing that most bettors should know: online betting sites can make mistakes, so it's important to always check each void bet and make sure it was settled according to the terms & conditions. If you find any discrepancies between the rules and the way the bet was settled, you need to contact the customer support of the online bookmaker and report the issue immediately.
Generally, most mistakes made by online bookmakers are in live betting and are related to incorrect odds or incorrect information (score) displayed in the betting platform. Even if online bookmakers have specified in the terms a rule which says that the live betting information is indicative only and they are not responsible for it, you can always report to the customer support if you notice a big error that can influence your betting activity.
Example: If you bet on the winner of a tennis set who leads with 5-4 and has 40-0 on his serve based on the information and odds displayed, but in fact the score is reversed and the odds are different, you are entitled to have your bet void, regardless of any ambiguous rule that some online bookmakers use. The first step is to make sure you have proofs, screenshots, links, then to get these to the customer support in order to get your bets marked as void.
In the end, online bookmakers are managed by people, and people make mistakes, therefore you should always report when you think that you were misled because of a mistake or technical error.
